AllVidSave ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.

AllVidSave is a web-based utility that allows users to download publicly available media. We do not host, store, or cache any copyrighted material on our servers. The tool simply acts as a conduit between the user and public media servers (such as Instagram, Facebook, Vimeo, etc.). We do not encourage, support, or endorse the illegal downloading of copyrighted material. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to download and use the media they access through our tool.
DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice")
If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through our tool by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.
Upon receipt of a valid Notice, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including restricting access to our tool for the specific URL or IP addresses involved.
To file a DMCA Notice, you must provide a written communication that includes the following items:
